How we help you
One to One
We provide confidential one-to-one counselling services for women and girls who are impacted by VAWG
This includes sexual violence, childhood sexual abuse, as well as women and girls who have experienced any form of harmful practice including forced marriage, honour-based violence and female genital mutilation.
Counselling is offered in North East London.
We offer counselling on a short-term six to 20 sessions with accredited and qualified counsellors. Counselling is offered in North East London.
We provide a trauma-informed and integrative approach.
This means our services are women-centred, with an exceptional relational approach to psychotherapy.
Women at risk of VAWG can speak in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment where they can discuss their experiences and feelings on a one to one basis.
All counsellors have relevant qualifications, experience of working with this client group and are members of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
