We accept self or agency referrals.

Referrals are taken Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5pm.

Our staff will make an initial assessment of suitability at point of referral. If the referrals fits our criteria and the refuge has a vacancy, an offer of accomodation is made immediately.

Referrals to Ashiana Y Stop will go through our assessment process and if suitable will be placed on a waiting list.

If the referral does not fit our criteria, staff will offer advice and information about other housing options available.
